Returns & Exchange
The Untitled Project's Return Policy Is As Easy As It Gets
We want you to love your Eco-friendly garments. But if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns as simple as possible.
Returns:
- Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
- Refunds: For 'cash on delivery' purchases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please include your bank details (name, bank name, and IBAN) in your return request.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges:
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order.
- Free Exchanges: We offer free exchanges up to 2 times. Any additional exchanges will incur new product charges.
- How to Request: Email us at hello@theuntitledproject.store or WhatsApp +966 54 633 3093 with your order number, the condition of your product, and the reason for the exchange.
Important Notes:
- Altered Items: Pieces that have been altered (e.g., shortening, resizing) are not eligible for return or exchange. We offer adjustment services post-purchase for a fee starting at 60 Riyals.
- Shipping Fees: Refunds do not include original shipping or delivery fees.
- Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased from other stores or platforms are not eligible for return or exchange through us. We are not liable for returns or exchanges for such purchases.
