Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• During high-demand periods or special collection launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping – Saudi Arabia

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days to major cities.

• Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery available for Riyadh and Jeddah.

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

GCC & International Shipping

• GCC Countries: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

• International: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Pick-Up from Store (Jeddah – Autumn Lane Store)

Select it, and we’ll reserve it for you. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s ready to collect.

If the item isn’t currently available in-store, you can still request to pick it up there. Simply reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll arrange to ship it to Autumn Lane on your behalf.
