- Orders over 780 SR will have free shipping (KSA Domestic).
- Orders under 780 SR will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and state. A standard shipping/delivery fee is 30 SR.
DHL Express
- A standard shipping fee of 50 SR, will be applicable for DHL express.
Shipping cost: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait, Qatar

- Orders over 1,800 SR will have free shipping.
- Orders between (0 SR - 900 SR) will be charged 38 SR
- Orders between (900 SR - 1,800 SR) will be charged 20 SR
- Orders over 1,800 SR will have free shipping.
DHL Express
- A standard shipping fee of 100 SR, will be applicable for DHL express.
- This offer only applies to orders being shipped to the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.
Delivery Time:
Within Saudi Arabia, orders are delivered within 2 to 10 working days after:
- Receiving the payment is made by Online Payment, Bank Deposit, or Cash on Delivery.
Bank transfer: After confirming that the bank transfer has been made - please note that cross-bank transfer takes an additional 1-2 working days.
Online Payment: Your order will be immediately prepared.
International orders are delivered within 3 to 17 working days after:
- Receiving the payment is made by Online Payment or Bank Deposit.

Note: Order preparation might take extra time than the usual preparation time (3-6 additional days) during seasons and discounts.
Afterward, an employee from the assigned courier company (eg. DHL, Aramex) will then contact you on the provided mobile number to arrange for delivery. Please make sure that you answer incoming calls to your mobile phones so that the courier representative can get in touch with you and arrange a suitable delivery time. Kindly note that deliveries are not available during weekends; Friday & Saturday are off, as well as public holidays.
