At The Untitled Project, we are delighted to offer both local and international shipping to bring your eco-friendly fashion finds right to your doorstep.

Shipping Times:

  • Local Orders: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days. We aim to ship within 2 business days of order placement.
  • International Orders: Generally delivered within 5-17 business days via carriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex. We ship international orders within 5 business days.

Please note: Shipping times may vary based on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic Shipping (KSA):

  • Orders Over 780 SR: Free shipping.
  • Orders Under 780 SR: Shipping cost is 30 SR.
  • DHL Express: Standard fee of 50 SR.

Shipping to UAE, Kuwait, Qatar:

  • Orders Between 0-900 SR: Shipping cost is 38 SR.
  • Orders Between 900-1,800 SR: Shipping cost is 20 SR.
  • Orders Over 1,800 SR: Free shipping.
  • DHL Express: Standard fee of 100 SR.

Note: This offer applies to orders shipped to UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Within Saudi Arabia: Orders are delivered within 2 to 10 working days after payment confirmation.

    • Online Payment: Orders are prepared immediately.
    • Bank Transfer: Processing may take an additional 1-2 working days.

  • International Orders: Delivered within 3 to 17 working days after payment confirmation.

    • Online Payment: Orders are prepared immediately.
    • Bank Transfer: Processing may take an additional 1 working day.

Note: During peak seasons or promotions, preparation might take an extra 3-6 days.

Delivery Process:

Once your order is shipped, a representative from the courier company (e.g., DHL, Aramex) will contact you via the provided mobile number to arrange delivery. Please ensure you answer calls from the courier to schedule a convenient delivery time. Deliveries are not made on weekends (Friday & Saturday) or public holidays.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Click the link in the email or select the 'track order' option. You can also log into your account on The Untitled Project to view your order status.
