• To prepare, deliver and track your order, and to handle exchanges and returns.
• To reply to your messages and help with sizing and styling.
• To send you news about new pieces and pre-orders, only if you have joined our list. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
• To show prices in your local currency, keep your bag saved, and improve our website.
• To show you our pieces on social media and search, through advertising cookies.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share what is needed with the partners who help us run our store:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
• Our payment providers.
• Our delivery partners, such as Aramex and Naqel, so they can deliver your order.
• Our email provider, to send the emails you signed up for.
• Advertising and analytics partners such as Google, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok and Snapchat.

We may also share information when the law requires it.
