Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods or special collection launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping – Saudi Arabia

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days to major cities.

  • Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery available for Riyadh and Jeddah.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

GCC & International Shipping

  • GCC Countries: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • International: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also reach us for updates:

Pick-Up from Store

If you wish to collect your order from our Riyadh location, please select Store Pickup at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready.

Multiple Items in One Order

To reduce packaging waste and shipping costs, multiple items in the same order may be shipped together. If you require separate packaging, please let us know at checkout or by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we work closely with our delivery partners to meet the above timelines, delays can occur due to:

  • High-volume seasons (Eid, Ramadan, collection launches)

  • Customs processing for international orders

  • Weather or unforeseen logistical challenges
