How to request. Request a return or exchange from your account (https://account.theuntitledproject.store/orders), or reach us on WhatsApp (https://wa.me/message/NHRLL3VWGBR3H1), Instagram DM (https://ig.me/m/theuntitledproject.store) or at hello@theuntitledproject.store. Please include your order number, the item, the reason, and photos if it arrived damaged or incorrect. We reply Sunday to Thursday.

What can be returned. Unworn, unwashed and unscented pieces in their original condition, with all tags attached. Original packaging isn't needed. Not eligible: custom or made-to-order pieces, and anything worn, washed, altered, stained or scented.

In Saudi Arabia. Once your request is approved, we arrange an Aramex pickup. When the courier contacts you, send them the return slip on WhatsApp, or print it and place it with the package.

• Exchanges are always free. We cover the pickup and the delivery of your new piece.
• Returns: 17 SAR is deducted from your refund, even if your order shipped free.
• Refunds: to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

International orders. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Customs duties and taxes are not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. We'll make it right and cover the shipping.

Bought from a retailer. Please contact the store you bought from. Their policy applies.
