Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. You can also log into your account page to check your order status and tracking updates. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.

You can request it through your account page, or contact us by email at hello@theuntitledproject.store Please include your order number, item name, and reason. If the item is damaged or incorrect, add photos.

Once your return or exchange is approved, we arrange a Noon pickup for orders within Saudi Arabia. You simply hand your sealed package to the driver no shipping label is needed. Original packaging is not required.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

If you purchased The Untitled Project through a retailer or marketplace, please contact the original place of purchase directly. Their return and exchange policy will apply.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During high-demand periods or special collection launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping – Saudi Arabia

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days to major cities.

GCC & International Shipping

  • GCC Countries: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • International: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
