We want you to love what you wear — but if it’s not quite right, we’ll make it easy.

Returns

You have 48 hours from the moment your order arrives to request a return.

  • Refund Method:
     • For cash on delivery orders, we’ll refund you via bank transfer.
     • Be sure to include your bank name, IBAN, and account holder name in your return request.

  • Processing Time:
     • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once we’ve received the item.

Exchanges

Want something else instead? We’ve got you.

  • Exchange Window:
     • You can request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Free Exchanges:
     • We offer up to 2 free exchanges per order. After that, any additional requests will be treated as new purchases.

  • To Start an Exchange:
     • Email us at hello@theuntitledproject.store or WhatsApp us at +966 54 633 3093 with your order number, a note on the item’s condition, and what you'd like to exchange.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased through third-party platforms or retail stores must be returned via the original place of purchase. We’re unable to assist with external returns.
