Our pieces

• We do our best to show every piece, colour and print accurately, but colours can look slightly different from screen to screen.
• Sizes and lengths are approximate. Our size guide is here to help, and you can exchange within 5 days of delivery.
• Many of our pieces are made in limited quantities, and we may limit how many you can order or stop offering a piece at any time.
• Pre-order pieces ship by the date shown on their product page.

Orders and prices

• All prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• If a piece is shown at a wrong price or with wrong details by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll always let you know.
• We may decline or limit orders, for example orders that appear to be for resale.
• Please make sure your contact and delivery details are correct, so we can reach you and deliver your order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and card details are always encrypted. We never see or store your full card details.
