The Untitled Project's Return Policy Is As Easy As It Gets

We want you to love your Eco-friendly garments. But if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns as simple as possible.

Please send us a note and we will gladly accept returns within 2 days (48 hours) or exchanges within 4 days from the day the item was received. Exchanges are always free; returns will be refunded in a transfer payment in case you have purchased your order 'cash on delivery' please include your bank details (name, bank name, and Iban). Order amounts 

To initiate an exchange or a return, please email hello@theuntitledproject.store or WhatsApp +966 56 213 0024 our support team with information that includes your order number, the condition of your product, and the reason for the return.

Note:

• Altered or adjusted (shortening, sides, sleeves..etc) pieces are not returnable nor exchangeable, we provide an after-purchase service of adjustments of a standard not limited to 60 Riyals. 
• We offer exchanges up to 2 times only. The Customer can raise a request for an exchange the third time but new product charges would be added to the total.
• Refunds are sent back in the original amount of purchase, not including shipping/delivery fees.

Expect To Receive Your Refund Within Days

After you email or Whatsapp our customer service team at The Untitled Project with your return request - it will take about five to 10 business days for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.
